Working Bees: With the track out of action for
so long it has been quite neglected. We'll need several working bees before the
first event to get it up to standard. The next working bee has been scheduled
for 16th January starting at 9am. In the interest of safety please don't begin
any work at Huntley on your own, and don't do any work which has not been
authorised by the WSCC committee. The club takes no responsibility for your
actions outside of designated working bee times, however good the intentions may
be.
Annual General Meeting: The club's AGM will be
held on the 27th January. Please try to attend. This is probably the most
important time in the history of the club as we try to get our hill up and
running again. Fresh enthusiastic faces are always welcome.
